This guy who claims he is Paul Vorel is a SCAM ARTIST and says he has puppies at 2301 Fernwood Dr. in Edmond, OK... do not fall for this "puppy purchasing" scam ~ he has been reported on many sites and deserves jail time for what he has done, taking vulnerable people's money ~ and he won't let you even see the "fake puppies" even if you live in the same city. That's how I knew it was a scam! I got his number online and called him and scammed him in to admitting it's a scam. He asks for money upfront and then he has set up a website that claims he is shipping a puppy to you. It's another SCAM ~ asking for more money for a shipping crate. This guy will answer his cell phone 1-405-996-3030 and he will tell you he is legitimate. Barely speaks clear English and is clearly a loser with nothing better to do than try to take your money, DO NOT trust him. Claims he's a Christian...he knows nothing except how to commit a crime. Karma will catch up with him...it always does with these losers. He is probably living in a small dark backalley hole and that's karma baby! Go to the reddit website, you'll see more proof of his scam. He has had 13 different addresses and many different cell numbers, so you know he constantly keeps changing his info. DON'T LET HIM SCAM YOU ! Whenever you have someone ask you to wire money and won't even give you any other information ~ run for the hills because it's a scam. Be careful everyone, these scammers are slippery and slimy!

After all this, he is using a false name and also goes by Paul Vakel and also Mathews Hartwig.

He sends an email from GlobalUship which I have learnt is fake too. He creates his accounts for shipping. The fake shipping is another email wanting money via bitcoin, which made me stop communicating realizing this is all a scam.

I know there is nothing I can do other than report all the names, businesses and phone numbers and email address that are attached to him.

Today date is June 2021.

I contacted them to buy a corgi puppy. I had to send money thru zelle or American Express gift card. They said they would fly her. They told me they dropped the puppy off at the shipping ushipit. They said she needed a special crate which they need 1200. They wanted me to send western union. I told them no and I wanted a refund.
