This individual reached out via text to express interest in my car for sale that I listed on Craigslist. After claiming to pay full price not having even seen the vehicle yet, the buyer named himself as Andy Harison and demanded I buy a report on https://vehiclehistory.bja.ojp.gov/, he claimed they were the only reliable one. Like an [censored] I did. It cost me 25.00 plus 3.00 to PayPal. I found out afterwards that I could have got a free one from carfax. Never heard from him again. He must work for NMVTIS and that's how he gets his commission by phishing people.

The individual was unrelenting and appears to not be a serious buyer.
