Type of a scam Phishing
To which I get a response from you (assuming because you’re the account manager) but this time its from a different phone number (302) 367-7154 “My manager Brian will personally handle this. I’ll ensure this issue gets resolved, please expect an email within the next hour.” Now again this time I responded immediately saying “Why is this a different number? Also are there any pictures of him? I did a background check on him and his wife before but it lead nowhere.” NO RESPONSE FROM YOU TO THOSE QUESTIONS OR FROM THE 2ND NUMBER YOU TEXTED FROM.
NOW ABOUT 20 or so minutes goes by, I was doing a live chat with someone (which I saved and printed) and STILL NOT ONE OF MY QUESTIONS have been answered by you or your manager Brian. I get this in a text from yet ANOTHER number (302) 367-7159 and this is a doozy too! This response, and I quote “This is a confirmation that your refund has been successfully processed and should appear back to your original card within 2-3 business days. Thank you.
I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND!! I also received an email from you yourself stating that my account has been closed (AGAIN I never asked for that either!) BUT THE QUESTIONS I DID ASK WERE NEVER ANSWERED! So my response to this final text was, and I quote “So then I take it you’re either giving, making up or SELLING the wrong information to people or you just don’t have a clue.”
Again, NO RESPONSE!! But of course when I first signed up I received a pleasant email from you:
