Type of a scam Online Purchase
After wearing less than a month
The gold faded and turned my finger black. I contacted the company and was asked if product was theirs, what did I mean by discoloration location.
After sending several photos and emails, they said they hadn't received previous ones. My server did not say they didn't go through.
They offered a replacement or refund. I chose a refund.
A return label was email 5/19
I sent the ring back. Tracking says it was received on 5/27. I received an email 6/5 indicating a refund taking 5-8 business days was sent.
I have been unable to reach the company by email since then
Bank says refund has not been processed and are filing a dispute as of 6/15.
My emails have gone unanswered as of 6/5.
