Website keeps charging card multiple times a month for products they never ship. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and have no option to cancel orders or subscriptions on their website. They have turned off comments on social media to hide comments made about this issue.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last two months, I've been charged 9 times for items I've never received. They do not respond to email, Facebook messenger or Instagram messages.

3+ years ago, I had a subscription service for skincare products with Anese. I cancelled the subscription in June 2021. On September 26, 2024, I received an email with a confirmation number (#644440) stating they have fulfilled my subscription order for $27.80. I did not reactivate my subscription, nor request this product as a standalone order. I contacted their help desk email, requesting a refund and a cancellation of the subscription that I never requested. The response I got was an email stating they were "sorry to hear I was thinking of cancelling" and that perhaps a free gift would change my mind. I replied to them that I wasn't "thinking of cancelling", and that I had actually cancelled the service over 3 years ago. I reiterated my desire for a refund and cancellation of the subscription. They did not reply.

Then, on October 8, 2024, I received ANOTHER email stating they have fulfilled my subscription order for $27.80 with confirmation number (#647679). I sent another email to their help desk, stating I did not order this and want a refund. The same person responded, telling me that according to my profile, I have an active subscription with them and the order has been fulfilled, and that I can reject the package but that's basically all I can do because they have so many orders and mine has already been sent to the delivery team.

The kicker is that the only way to cancel a subscription to email their help desk email address, which I have done a few times. There is no phone number to contact anyone. And because of their lack of action, I have zero faith they will cancel the subscription (that I never reactivated), I am going to cancel my credit card, otherwise I will be disputing these transactions every couple weeks. I will be happy to send you the email correspondence I've had with Anese regarding this issue, if needed. I have disputed the first charge with my credit card company, and I will be disputing the second as well. I don't know if this technically falls under the category of a "scam", the charges are 100% fraudulent and that's why I am making this complaint.

I placed an order through their website and never got provided tracking information. I reached out multiple times through their customer service email and also their instagram account. I received one response initially asking for my order number. never heard anything from them and they never responded to the messages and emails i sent after. do not order from these people. complete fraud.

Website takes your money and doesn't deliver product. The only way to contact them is through email or facebook and usually they don't reply. They will not allow you to cancel a subscription without emailing them (so unable to cancel since they don't respond). I thought I cancelled my subscription earlier this year and randomly this passed month they set up 2 subscriptions without my permission and charged old credit card info. I've had to call my credit card company multiple times to dispute charges.

I'm not sure what happened with this company. I made a legit purchase with them online in June 2023. (Their physical address listed at the bottom of that email was Anese 1352 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. ) I had a reoccuring order to receive a discount that I later cancelled at the end of the year. Then a month ago, I got an email "confirmation" in the middle of my work day that a recurring order was placed. I did not place this order, so I attempted to log into my account, and no order was shown. I've emailed their customer service multiple times to multiple emails, and no response. I tried calling the phone # they have listed, and it doesn't go through. I've sent them DM's on socials and not received a response there either. I've seen many reports on socials that they are not fulfilling orders and it's now a scam. Clearly something has gone wrong with them. I thankfully was able to report the order they placed to Paypal and they refunded my account and also removed it from recurring. But what Anese has done is beyond unacceptable and they need to be stopped. I'm sure you have received complaint about them already, but I appreciate your taking the time to read this report.

My order was placed in April of 2024. I received a confirmation email. When my order had not shipped after 10 days I contacted support and was told weather was impacting fulfillment. On June 13th 2024 I was sent a “shipping label created” email. As of July 12th 2024 my product has not been received by USPS. After looking around online this has happened to many others this year and Anese continues to accept orders. There is no warning posted on the website, my second attempt to contact support has not been answered, and comments have been disabled on all social media.

Amount Paid and Collected from my bank: $113.39

They committed to provide the following: All Eyes on You Set ($53.55) and That Booty Tho Large Size ($49.30)

I would like a refund for the amount taken out from my bank which was a total of $113.39. I tried to be patient with the company, reached out to them multiple times via email, tried contacting them to both the number on their Instagram which is (562) 299-7724 and on the number located on their website (213) 335-7120 and was able to reach no one. I also send them a message on their Instagram and received no response from them at all. It has been over a month and a half and they are yet to provide any type of product or any type of refund. Each time I reach out to them via email they respond with a generic email stating it is being worked on but it is over a month and I ahve yet to receive anything, the last email I send them was a request for a refund and this was over a week without any type of response since then.

This product was promoted via Facebook. Paid and received an order number. A month goes by and no product. I contact support. I was told they were “unable to do a refund but will have it packaged and shipped soon”. No tracking provided. A couple weeks go by and I reach out again. They said it’s a priority and to give them 2-3 business days and they’ll provide a tracking number. Reached out a week later and no response. They reply a month later with the SAME exact email of 2-3 days and they’ll provide a tracking number. It has now been two months, no product and they refuse to refund me because “it’s too late” in the order process. Although no shipping has been provided.

Well I placed an online order on Anese site because I was seeing they’re ads on my social media and decided to purchase a product from them and I placed an order on April 6, 2024 and till this day I never received any updates or phone calls related to the delay of the one product . I’m no longer interested in Anese products all I want is my money returned and I also don’t like how they have my information . Online I seen people post about the situation I’m in from Anese and nothing is resolved they just block customers accounts that they steal their money and no products .

I was target advertised a product to clear my skin on Instagram and made an order. My order was confirmed. After several weeks I emailed to follow up and the help email was undeliverable. I commented on their public Instagram and they delete all negative comments. It’s clear many have had this experience.

i put in an order on 1/20/2024 and it said the item will be shipped in 48 hours. It is 3/14/2024 and i still have not received my order. i emailed them multiple times and was told my item will ship the next day, which it has not. Once i asked for a refund, they added this to their email chain - Important: Once an order is places, we are unable to process cancellations or refund to maintain a smooth process for everyone. We acknowledge this isn't ideal and apologize or any inconvenience. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Order was placed on February 20th and I received a confirmation email of my order. The email states that within 48 hours, the order would be packed and shipped. After 7 days of not receiving a shipment notification, I emailed their customer service at [email protected] and inquired when I would receive my shipment. I did not receive a response. A few days later I sent another email inquiring about my shipment and received no response. There is no phone number to contact for customer service and when I click on their FAQ link listed in my original confirmation email it says website cannot be found. I originally came across this company through a Facebook ad. The product I was attempting to purchase was a body scrub.

They have an online website and have yet to ship out any of my product even after I paid same day or next day shipping it has not even been shipped. Their social media account has multiple people coming out on being scammed and never getting the product they ordered delivered. I have tried to contact the company and they’ve ignored me. They have deleted comments on their pages on Instagram about people they scammed asking for their money back or warning others not to purchase from them.

I bought skin care online, claimed to be fast shipping but when i didn’t receive my order I emailed and they claimed that there was a delay on shipping, kept pushing back the date and claimed they couldn’t do refunds. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails and i never received the items.
