I ordered a jacket that was puffy and received something that was sheer and the product I’m allergic to so I can’t wear it, in rhe description it said nothing like of what I received. Customer service was rude and stated,”sorry you got what you ordered and we can’t issue a refund if the customer doesn’t like it.” I told them that I was allergic to it and needed a refunded and rhe blocked me. I still want my refund because they are selling stuff that doesn’t even look like the picture. Also their return policy says I can return it but when I asked they blocked me.
