They lure people in with the website you make an appointment with someone on the phone. They carry tools but no uniform and dont speak fluent English. They know nothing about chimney cleaning and simply emptied an ash cap on my pellet stove and nothing else then demanded payment.

I provided them a check for the difference of the cash payment.
