We agreed to vinyl fencing top soil, sprinkler repair, and to install sod. He finished the fence and top soil. Never came back to finish the sprinkler repair or the sod we paid for. He did change the quote price after the agreement and done of the labor was finished. He didn't expect all the money up front, but would ask for it in increments. I don't know if this was his tactic. He would also give me the run around, every time I would contact him to find out where my sod was he's say is coming tomorrow or on Monday. He initially told me everything would be completed in 3 days and the run around went on for a month and a half.
