I received an email for antivirus renewal at $499 after checking my personal banking information and nothing out of the normal, I called the cancellation number and was rerouted to a remote cancellation team, accessing my phone. By using information only a protected source would know, they advised they were working with the ScamPulse.com to protect me but it was too late.
