I ordered the product in November and still have not received it. Have asked for a refund through e-mail and they will not respond

I placed an order on December 6, 2022 and never received it. Every time I reach out to them they just respond and tell me to be patient. They have provided two separate tracking numbers from two different countries for the same item. They have two Facebook pages and both pages have multiple comments from customers being scammed.
