This company was hired by what we thought was a reputable breeder to deliver our new puppy. The company is not real but they have an impressive website and sent emails with updates. We did not know they weren't real until the puppy didn't show up and the phone numbers went to different companies when I called them. Each time I called I got a different name provided like Pet Pro travel, etc. When asked about that, they said they do business as a few different smaller companies based on the number called and tells them which company was highered. The puppy never arrived, they tried to charge us $1500 for "insurance to deliver the puppy" claiming abuse and neglect charges if not paid.

This company Animal Airways is a scam they work with someone named Jake James which is made up i'm sure. I was contacted by a women through the Hoobly classified site. Her name is *** *** her email is ***. These people deserve to be shot. Theres nothing worse in this worlAd than thieves and liars.
