Purchased an item from this website. Item sent was not the item I purchased. When I emailed to ask for the address to return the item, they argued that my item hadn’t been delivered. After going back and forth providing proof that it had been delivered, they still would not return my item or provide the return address. The final email I received from them stated I can not get a refund because my item I purchased fell into a category that was considered not sanitary to return and was therefore final sale. I emailed them to let them know that my item did not fall into the “unsanitary” as I was sent a bag of rope which I apparently paid $30 for. Needless to say, they never emailed me back and I can kiss my money goodby.
