Naruto figure

I ordered a Naruto figure. I have been trying for months to try to get my money back after being informed that it was never in stock. If it wasn't in stock, why was I able to purchase it? They promised a refund in an email, but I haven't seen a refund. None of the contact options work on the website, so the only way to talk to them is through email and I'm getting nowhere. What a scam.

Bought a figure.. didn’t go well.

So I found the zero two darling in the franxx figure from Bandai figurarts for $109 because they actually had them available for a decent price on March 16th. Thought this was a good deal and I purchased. Well, a 24 hours went by and it was the 17th at night and I hadn’t heard any type of news about my figure (normally website would let you know if they received a payment by now. It was only the payment!) after two business days so I decided to email Them on the 18th, with details of order number and everything. I was nervous and asked them to cancel my order, but I did not receive an email. I emailed them AGAIN on the 21st within business days asking them to reply to my email but instead they replied with an email asking me which figure I wanted out of three I didn’t even see to PURCHASE! And they were all bootlegs too. I’ll attach pictures of the email I received, and the product I tried to order. I’m sure their shirts are trustworthy, how could you mess that up? but be careful with the figures. I hope my experience helped you, but I also hope others have had better experiences than me with this website. Covered my name for privacy, save yourself from this if you can.

Saw good reviews and information on site and a few searches. Ordered anime figure me and wife have been trying to get for our collection. Cost $81.00. Said it shipped, then 3 days later site said item unavailable. Emailed the sites Email address from their page and got a single reply. It reads "Dear Customer. Excuse the delay. Your product is out of stock. We have been waiting for the replacement of it, but in view of the time elapsed, we will process your refund.

The site says refunds are to be issued in 2 business days. That was a month ago and no refund. I have Emailed them 3 times since with no reply and the phone number on site does not work.
