When on the site, a flashing pop-up tells you all the people buying the fast selling items. That should have been my first clue. When I went to check out with my 2 cheap acrylic figures the message said I had to order at least $20 worth. That should have been my second clue.
The order was placed on December 2. After paying through Paypal, I waited 3 weeks with no update on the order or email confirming the items had been shipped. At that point, I knew I had likely been scammed and tried sending a message through the site asking to cancel the order and asked for a refund. No response. When doing so I looked up the address listed on the website and Google maps showed a random house, confirming my feeling that I'd been duped. It's now been 2 months and no items have been received, nothing was canceled, and no refund was issued as requested.
Again, I totally blame myself for falling for this scam. I don't want someone else to fall for it as well.
