Order some bird houses from the company, next they're coming from China. was tracking the package with Track718 a tracking company, it got to the United States Franklin park, IL then came to Texas, and then Louisiana, to the town of Thibodaux. Track718 said it was delivered. but I did not get any package that day April 26and I have a ring doorbell nobody came to my door. so I got in contact with company by email. they told me to go to the postoffice I do they with out a USPS tracking number there was nothing they could do. sent asking for a tracking number for USPS they would not give it to me. I wrote a few more email to requesting the tracking number but did not get the tracking number.i asked for the tracking company for the United States did not get that. this is the last email I got from the company (since the shipping information of yourorder shows that the package has been delivered, we are unable to request a re-delivery of the package for you on the system.

And you did not provide a paper proof of "not received the package", we can only apply for a 30% refund for you as compensation. Thank you in advance for your understanding!) I am not even considering doing that because then they would have my credit card information and my take more money out, I order new cards. please find if this is a scam

I ordered off of a company (CHOOS) on face book, they sent a tracking number through my email, the product was never delivered, but it said it was, I contacted my post office and gave them the tracking number, the post master told me it was not a tracking number, and nothing like that was delivered to their office. I have contacted CHOOS through the email I have and they just keep telling me to contact the post office, I asked for my money back, they said they would agree to 15% refund.

Never received Order summary Self-Watering Eco-Stained Elevated Planter Box×2 $ 9.99 Subtotal $19.98 Discount SAVE50 -$9.99 Shipping $9.98 Total $19.97USD You saved $9.99. Emailed and explained I didn't receive my order. Each time I emailed Hollarys stated tracking showed it was left in mailbox. It was not. How can a Self-Watering Eco-Stained Elevated Planter be left in a mailbox? No answer from them and again said tracking states different. I was told to chech Post office or carrier and neighbors, which I did. My carriers always brings large packages to my garage area and beeps horn and we come out to get. I also stated I wanted a refund since I didn't receive my order. I feel scammed!
