Ordered dragon sculpture on 5/26/23. From China. 1st notification was on 5/29/23 that it was shipped out and gave me a tracking number, and a link to a tracking page. First time I tried to track I got a 404 error message, the next time I got what I thought was a legit tracking page and it said it was in transit to US. I waited. Another notification was emailed to me by [email protected] with the name of Vanessa and [email protected] that my order was through customs and on way to Orlando (which is 45 min from my home). All seemed ok. Since then several more notifications that it was delivered and if any problems check with neighbors, local post office, other carriers, etc. I tried all of it with every carrier telling me this tracking number was not theirs. I asked for refund or proof of delivery (like Amazon does) or refund my money. They resent me messages saying it was delivered on 6/27/23. I kept replying it had not and wanted refund. I have reported to FTC and my bank. It is 6/22/23 and still no product or refund from them, and since I have seen lots of others with same issues online, esp at scam-validator.com

Which I will use, and other sites before I order anything else.
