A man came to my door, informing me that my water meter had froze. He replaced the meter and handed me a $284. bill. He claimed that the heat tape was to blame. I am not responsible to pay fpr their faulty meter. I have paid $164 sofar, to avoid turn off. The heat tape was not toblame , it is new and it was wazrm at the time. I beleive they are targetting trailer parks assummi8ng we will not fight back. To make maatters worse they are adding late fees. They are scamming the poioir and im pissed!
