The scam artist then sends you a performance contract to sign. After that, the scam artist send fradulent cashier's checks for deposit then tells you to forward the money to equipment managers for purchase of recording and video equipment. A $500 deposit is supposed to be a down payment for your services followed by another $4500 payment at the end of commercial shoot for your services. My credit union honored the cashiers' checks, then later returned the checks charging my account to a negative balance.
