I am embarrassed to report I was scammed from an on-line purchase. I purchased cloths from "Anniecloth.com" on 5/14/2020. I didn't receive the clothes until July 24, 2020. I'm older and not technically savvy. Sometimes, I don't complete online orders because I'm not good with computers and don't actually complete the process. After like 7 weeks, I thought maybe I didn't actually buy the clothes, tried to find the purchase in my email but didn't because I didn't go back far enough. So I made another purchase of the same cloths from a website called "Roselinlin" and then a few days later, I received my first order. As soon as I opened the package, I knew I was scammed. The designs on the clothes didn't even have the same colors as what was advertised online and the designs looked like they were sketched by a child rather than the professional designs seen on the website. Then, the fabric of the clothes was not as advertised. The t-shirts and sweaters were advertised as cotton; they weren't cotton. They were a fabric that needs to be dry cleaned!!!! I would never buy a t-shirt that needs to be dry cleaned.....

The next day, I tried to cancel the 2nd order but they said it already shipped. They said the first order needs to be returned within 15 days of receipt and it needs to be returned to China. I questioned that because the package was from an address in California "DEPT CA #26 13725 Pipeline Ave, Chino CA 91710." I asked if I could return the package to that address and they said no; it has to be China. (All my communications with the companies were via email [email protected], and [email protected]). They offered to refund me 25% of my original order. I declined because I wanted all my money back and said I would return it. They said ok. I didn't know that international shipping would be $74.30 but I paid it, because I wanted to see this through to see if I followed their policy on point what would happen. The US post office got the package to China within the 10 days it said it would BUT the package is STILL being held in customs after weeks of being there. There's no way, the merchandise will be received within their policy deadline so they won't give me my money back. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The second purchase I made, I just took the 25% of the total order and gave the clothes to goodwill. I was scammed "less" for the second order.

I feel like such an [censored] but want to warn other consumers. This company operates various names too. Some the online reviews are accurate but others that are good I believe are written by the company themselves.

I have definitely learned from this experience: check for an actual contact phone number, if it's not there it's a red flag, if the return policy states it is the customer's responsibility that's another red flag..... It was a $294 mistake.
