The exact amount of my loss is: $30.90. The money was taken out of my bank account on 2/21/23. The website is still up, you can still browse it, add items to your cart and purchase them. The money is taken out of your account, but you receive nothing. I had attempted to purchase items from their website; but since the business no longer exists, I cannot file a complaint on your site. I used their website's online form to contact them asking for my money back (in March), but I received no response. The website sells tea, teapots, accessories for having tea. There are comments from other people on google and Annie's Tea Time facebook page (going back 2 years) about this same thing happening to them. I have found out that their brick & mortar business is permanantly closed from comments online. The comments sound like it has been closed for quite awhile now. They keep taking money, they send nothing, there is no way to contact them. That is a scam.
