I placed an order in July. They charged my credit card. Then said the item was unavailable and I would receive a refund in 7-14 days. Of course I never got a refund. Currently opened dispute with credit card company.

I placed an order on July 9th 2020. I was told I would get a refund because my item never arrived. I have reached out multiple times since then and never received a response. I just email them again and now it seems that it’s not an active email address anymore.

I made a purchase for a ice cream maker from Annis Store on July 17th, 2020. received email 7/20/2020 stating product was not available and I would receive a refund in the amount of $55.11 in 7 to 14 business day. Still have not received. I have sent two emails with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SCAM!

I made a purchase for a car seat from Annis store on July 10. I was than contacted by the seller stating that the product was not available and that a refund will be refunded after 7 days. I have yet to receive a refund for $90.00.
