I've received many calls from 888-973-0207 and 855-586-2776. When calling back, the hotline says the company name is AR Services but I've also heard from phone operators ANR Services, ANR Recovery, and ANR Recovery Services. They were attempting to collect on a debt from 12.5 years prior that was not a valid debt. The original amount stated was $500 and they were requesting $602 up to more than $3000. When stating the debt was invalid, they quoted out a bunch of my personal information such as name, address, and social security number. When I mentioned that I would not make a payment, they said the amount would get reported to the credit agencies and I was disconnected. I've looked into my personal records to confirm there is not a debt and tried to call back to state this. Now, I immediately get transferred to a dead extension (111) that has a full voicemail and cannot take a message. I tried calling again and asked the representative to tell me the name of the company they are representing and they didn't respond and performed the same transfer to the dead extension without notice.
