The initial contact was by phone but they sent me a purchase agreement for $43800 for my vacation membership. His name was albert setaro/ and also david marshall. they then told me i would need to pay the taxes on the property and then more money to transfer the funds, broker fees, SAT feees, and membership fees. Then they kept giving me excuse after excuse why the sale was delayed for eight months. All of a sudden all the phones were disconnected and i cannot get ahold of any of the people i had dealt with for the last months. The escrow company they worked with is 1st security escrow in Denver CO, the agents name is Keith Allen.
