My computer was overtaken by pop-ups and a loud alarm. I could not even control my mouse, but there was a pop up that provided a number to Microsoft to fix the computer. I called the number and provided bank information assuming they could fix the computer. They used a "dummy account" to test a money transfer and used screen sharing to overtake my computer. The man's name was Benjamin and he claimed to be part of a business called "Ansun Consulting LLC" that was affiliated with Microsoft. He used G2A pay for the funds.
