I ordered an indestructible toy with lifetime replacement. When the toy arrived was just a cheap stuffed animal. My dog had it shredded in less than 3 minutes. There was no contact information in the packaging for replacement so I looked in my payment account and found the name. I looked it up on the web and messaged them, I sent photos and they finally replied that they would send me 1 replacement, or I could send them the undamaged toy back at my expense and they would refund 10% of the price. On the web it said that it had lifetime replacement and was indestructible
