Their ad promoted "invincible robust animal" (dog toy), claiming, "if they rip it, we replace it". It took my Golden Retriever only three minutes to destroy the toy. I messaged them seeking a refund. They initially said they would refund the money if I returned the toys

(2) to China at my expense. I replied that this was ridiculous and would cost more than the cost of the two toys. They then offered to refund 10% of the purchase price. At that point I filed a dispute with Visa. and am now alerting BBB.

Order placed online from ad on facebook. Items arrived and were not indestructible as described- in fact they were very cheaply made. One item was a battery operated that was featured in pictures and a video- what was sent was not anything like that but a cheap fragile fascimile. Contacted company through email and received a sorry you werent happy response,
