Oder placed on 9.2.23 (order #AT68110) I made contact via email on 9.19.23 because I had received no communications from the company regarding my purchase. I was then contacted by customer service stating that the item had been delivered on 9.19.23. I replied stating that the item had not been delivered to my address and they provided "proof of delivery", however, the proof of delivery only listed city, state, and zip code there was no physical address on the proof of delivery. I sent another email stating again that the item was not delivered and that the proof of delivery did not have a physical address so it may have been delivered to the city, state and zip code they provided, however, it was never delivered to my mailbox. They have now told me basically to bad we say it was delivered and I need to take it up with the postal service. All I wanted from them was a refund of my full purchase price of $26.98. So now it has come to the point where I'm not even sure this is a legit company since the only contact info I can find says they are based in Germany.
