The real issue is that I contacted the company for a return and refund because they claim they will honor a 60-day money back guarantee. They never responded to my emails and when I called and left two voicemails, they responded with a canned text message and asked me to text reply via text. I replied to their text messages but never heard back from them.
I believe this is not a legitimate business and they are scamming their customers. I received a product, but it did not meet the seller's claims on their website and despite what they say online, they offer no support post-sale. I am glad I used PayPal to pay for this so I can file a claim there and I'm not concerned my credit card info is in the wrong hands.
