They text me first claiming to have seen my resume and wanting to invite me to interview with someone from HR. They then proceeded to send me the Skype information since due to Covid-19 it would be a video interview. Once I signed on they declined the video portion saying I mustve misunderstood this portion was just a “chat”. The alleged hiring manager was named Henry Anderson. He asked me questions that seemed to be legitimate regarding my skills and what I was now looking for. After about an hr of chatting he offered me the job and informed me I would be getting a check to buy supplies and the necessary software. Except he misspelled quite a few words in the details and his next round of questions. I became suspicious and told him I was reporting him. He then called me from 3 different numbers back to back before I blocked them all.
