I got a call from that company on the day that I signed up for the insurance and I was told that I could cancel at any time and that I would be able to get my full refund,but I’m getting told that I’m not able to get a refund because of the time frame for which that’s not what I was told, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they tells me that a supervisor doesn’t take calls and then they hangs up in my face. They have poor customer service and I was disrespected and was treated like I was nothing and they stole my money.
