They emailed me saying I was chosen by my phone number, which they had, and my address which they also had. They said I signed up for help and they were giving it to me. I had just applied for my elderly mother because she was becoming homeless. I thought it was true. They said I needed to put money on a card.They would not use it. It would still be mine. Give them the number and they would put the money on it. I asked if this was a scam as I cannot lose this money. They said no, check the website and it was really a place, so I bought it. I don't know how they got the money off the card but they did.
