He had me input the 99.95. Convincingly, there was no decimal point and as the $9,995. was going through and being added to my account he began screaming at me that I was in big trouble and that he would lose his job. I screamed that I didn't care.
Early on, I knew that something was beyond wrong. Well, I phoned the police and they told me to immediately phone my bank. I did and was able to freeze my accounts. He had moved $5,000 from one account to another, but he did end up stealing any money.
After seeing my bank, I took my computer to Geek Squad. They said that he is an amateur. That has been my only salve on the blisters, which I have from ever believing, even for a moment.
I was reimbursed the $99.95 from Connected Pros; however, they are a company that should be prosecuted.
