I am an elderly woman who needed to downsize my home items. I went to Just Answer to request an appraisal for my antique furniture. To chat to them there was a one dollar fee which I paid by bank card. They told me to send them pictures through email to the "Expert" appraiser. The appraiser sent me an email and said he did not receive the email I sent. He said to wait a couple of days. Then I noticed that $60 were taken from my bank account. That happened in July and now it is almost September and I have not heard from them. This is a SCAM.
