I placed my order through www.antisocialsocialclub.com for 3 items of clothing. Received my confirmation. Told me it will take 3 weeks to ship since its made to order. On 12/29/23 i tracked my order and it proceeded to say cancelled. No email or confirmation from the seller stated my order was cancelled or give me a refund. So i contacted the merchant through the website “contact us” section. Received an email today 1/2/2024 stating my order was never placed with their company. I did a payment plan through affirm and have paid 2 of the 4 payments. So in total i paid $149.50 so far and they are saying i didnt place an order through their company. I have all proof of confirmation number and tracking number. I just want to get my money back please help.
