3 months ago I purchased what was supposed to be a cordless vacuum. The business has an address in Washington state but the item was shipped right from China. After a month and a half of tracking the item with the help of my local post office my package arrived in my mail box. I received a bootleg pair of sunglasses instead of my vacuum. I filed a complaint through their website and received an email stating SO SORRY we Re-send item. I agreed to wait for re-sent item and now from March 3, 2020 all the way to June 3, 2020 I get tracking claiming package was sent to post office and they scanned in for delivery. After the Post Office investigated where the package could be it turned out that the tracking appears to be computer generated to look like another package was shipped from China. I have made numerous attempts to contact this place for a refund but phone number is fake and address is a house for sale in Washington State. I got ripped off and I am warning people to stay clear of this company.
