On June 29, 2020 I ordered two 12 Volt Power Wheels Dune Racer Extreme Battery-Powered Ride-On that cost $134.76 and in the email it said it could take up to 15-25 days to deliver due to the COVID-19. On July 16, 2020 I have received one package of two face mask. I contacted them and sent them pictures of what we have received and they said that due to COVID-19 the face mask are on their hot items and must have got mixed up with my order and they would resend what i had ordered. A couple days ago I checked the status of my order and it says it has arrived in my town. Yesterday I checked it again and it now says: The delivery status of your item has not been updated(Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.pls contact sender). I have been emailing them for my money back and I get no response. Today is now August 17, 2020. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEARTILK ITS A SCAM AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO RECEIVE YOU PRODUCT OR EVEN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I ordered a Minnie Mouse ride on jeep from https://www.beartilk.top/index.php?route=product/search&search=minnie%20mous...⇄ . I received three paper masks. As I have researched, this company seems to be a scam and has done this to several others. Once I reached out, they indicated that they had an operational mistake and gave me the option to ship back the masks at my own cost to China and refund $40. I also filed a claim with Paypal and they are only offering a partial refund. As I researched, if consumers did not use Paypal, the company does not respond back for a refund. They are scamming consumers and sending paper masks. When searching for a child's battery operated car online, this company comes up on Google shopping as one of the highlighted companies.
