I was targeted with an advertisement for a pet gazebo, after doing a google search for that item. I clicked on an ad from Formater and went to their website and purchased the item. I received an email confirmation not from Formater, but from an individual person (John Bailey). I received a mask in the mail and let them know that that was not the item I ordered. From there, we went back and forth on shipping the intended item and getting a refund. They never sent it and eventually stopped responding to my emails. The online site no longer exists under the same domain. I also looked up the address of the business and it is a residential home.

I was searching for dog kennels, and this website came up offering the kennel for 69.00. When I looked on other websites, the kennel was $450 or higher. I called the number that did not work. The recording I received said the number you have dialed is no longer in service.
