I ordered parts for my tractor from this website. Spent $67.38. That was back in the beginning of May 2020. They said it should take 10 to 15 days for my product to ship due to covid19. I never received any product but they immediately took the money out of my account. About 2 weeks ago I received an envelope in the mail with three face masks in it and I just assumed they were shipped to me incorrectly. Then I come to realize they were shipped from China which is apparently where this company is actually based. Instead of sending me my tractor parts it was them who sent me the facemasks. I’ve been emailing them back-and-forth and they keep giving me excuses after excuses. I keep trying to get a full refund but they are only wanting to offer me partial because they’re telling me they had to incur product charges and customs charges and shipping charges. Lesson learned do not order anything online without doing proper research.
