I ordered a treadmill through this merchant. I waited two months to receive it. A small, flat package of a medical mask in a Ziplock bag came with the tracking number I received - instead of the product I ordered. I reached out to the company, and they offered to resend the original product. They also promised a new tracking number. It has been over a month since then, and I have no tracking number. It has been over 3 months since my original purchase. I have asked for a refund several times. It is difficult to get a response, and when I do it is a very short response, that is incomplete. I just want to be refunded, but in looking at the site further it is very suspicious. I just don't want other people to lose money the way I did.
