Needed to extend a rental for three day and I was told to put 160 on an American Express prepaid card. Kim told me that I would get an email which I hadn’t. I called the number back the following day and spoke to Kim about the email and she gave me a confirmation number. I called enterprise after I received a text that the car was due back. I called them to tell them I had extended with the confirmation number and that’s when I learned I had been scammed.
