He sent me a wallet id to transfer money in and according to him, he didn't receive it.
I sent them more money as the previous money I sent just got lost….. I sent the last money on 2020/07/10 last week Thursday and they responded and said that they received it and they will update me shortly. I have been waiting since for a response.
Since then I have been struggling to get a hold of antpoolhub’s support team.
I have been sending emails every day just to get an update on the process. They are not responding to my emails at all.
