I was allowed to download a free video converter about a year ago. Back on Feb. 18, 2020 I was informed of a new version of Any Video Converter that was available for upgrade. This is made available through AVC Labs (AnvSoft). It was supposed to be free, so I clicked on it to download the free upgrade. However, it also downloaded a copy of McAfee virus protection on to my computer, which I did not authorize, and I removed it from my computer. Now I find out they charged my credit card $128.69 for the McAfee virus protection without my consent. That is fraudulent. I have contacted them about restoring the $128.69 to my credit card, but have had no response.
