I purchased a plushie from Anxiety Plushies on 10/17/22 for $39.95 + $2.40 tax ($42.35 total) with free shipping. I believe I saw their add on Facebook, but don't remember for sure. I paid with Amazon Pay at the time of purchase. I received confirmation from [email protected] with a note included in the email: "All our products are on preorder for the holidays due to high demand. They are estimated to ship on November 28, and in arrive 1 to 3 days. More information about this can be found on all products descriptions & faqs if you did not see it before." On 12/9/22, I received an email from [email protected] with the following message: "We just wanted to let you know about the delay on your preorders being shipped out! Due to the amount of unexpected order volume, orders have taken longer than expected to ship out. We wanted to let you know all order and shipping out Sunday & Monday (12/11-12/12), and will arrive in 1 - 3 business days for US orders or 2 - 6 business days for international orders. Please reply to this email if you have any questions!" I forgot about it for several months, after which I realized I hadn't received my order. I responded to the "hello" email address on 6/13/23 asking about the status of my order. After receiving no response, I looked up the original email and clicked on "view your order" on 7/7/23. The website was no longer active. After a quick Google search, I discovered multiple reviews about the company being a scam. I contacted Amazon Pay with a refund request and was told the deadline was past (90 days after purchase.) I am now out $42 with no plushie and am disappointed in the company.

Found the ad through Facebook. Website seemed legitimate. Paid in installments through affirm. Made MULTIPLE emails to the company per their instruction to check the status of my order. Never replied. Days later I found the my deleted my online account and my order is nowhere to be found aside from the shop app. Don’t know what else to do
