We wanted to let you know all order and shipping out Sunday & Monday (12/11-12/12), and will arrive in 1 - 3 business days for US orders or 2 - 6 business days for international orders. I had previously emailed asking about when shipment would occur for my purchase. I was given the dates of 12/11 and 12/12 and that international delivery since in Canada would be about 2 to 6 days. Giving the 6 days I should have received my order on Tuesday and we are now at Thursday and no order and no email even stating that my order had been shipped. At this point I am very disappointed in this resulting in a present not being under the tree for my child and would just prefer my order to be completely refunded.

I ordered a weighted plushie online on 12/9/22 and received an email confirmation of my order. I received a second email indicating my shipment would be 12/11 or 12/12/22 with delivery in 1-3 business days. I reached out to the company online at their website on 12/19/22 and did not receive a response. Then I reached out to them twice via an email contact including in the order confirmation email. I still did not get a response. I attempted to find a phone number, there isn't one. The website says the company is in California, however, my account statement indicates it's in Las Vegas, NV. I never received my order and never received a reply from the company. There is no address or contact info on the website other than an email address of [email protected].

I bought from this company two items in October. Their website said my order would not ship till November 28th. Money was removed from my credit card account for the order amount of 63.50. I also made an account on their website to help track my order. That day came and I got no shipping confirmation. I emailed their support about my order. I received an email from the company on December 9th that there was a delay in orders being shipped and to expect them to be shipped on Dec. 11-12. I again did not receive confirmation of this. I have emailed twice since asking for an update and a refund and have got no response. I cannot access my account I made with them anymore as well.

Placed an order for an anxiety plushie on anxietyplushies.com on 11/29/22. Site says ships in 1-3 business days. Order never showed up. Notified by e-mail 12/9 that there was a delay but order would be shipped out 12/11 or 12/12. Tried to contact company but they list no phone number, and do not respond to e-mail. Product has still not arrived by 12/18 and no response from company. Noted other complaints on line that products from this company never arrive. The web site does not indicate where, or what country, they are located. Facebook anxiety plushies account states they they are Las Vegas Nevada. When I clicked on my original e-mail that says "view your order", that order page is now blank, and my info has disappeared, so I can't track it when originally I was supposed to be able to track it on SHOP. It has since disappeared from shop.
