Pop up appeared on my computer that it had been locked and needed to call this number for Microsoft. They acted like tech support. They said my IP address was compromised. To fix it they needed to run a program on computer. While that was running they said they needed to secure my IP address in my phone. Made me download an APP called Anydesk said it was recording our conversation. They attempted to use money app to buy crypto. The. They wanted me to download an app and then share information. Then asked me to log into bank account and that’s when it hit me they were scammers. They did manage to take $50.
