Howard Anthony White- Direct Lender on LinkedIn formally worked for Valley Finance Inc but recently merged with Anza Finance LLC. One of his alliances is possibly Phillip K. Larson(listed as Agent on Anza Finance website). I did my application and wired the origination fee to Anza Finance LLC but when Howard Anthony White asked for the down payment upfront by wire instead of at closing, I realize it was not right. He provided pre-approval letters first from Valley Finance Inc and then he said he merged with Anza Finance LLC and he provided pre-approval letters from Anza Finance also. He may be working with others and hiding behind this company and possibly other companies to appear legitimate, his phone number is the only one listed and the only person you are able to communicate with even though the website states it has more employees. Since I would not wire the down payment for the loan(which was never mentioned until he received the origination fee), this company should refund my origination fee that I wired and he stated that it would be 7 business days before refunded. I have communicated with him by phone, email and on LinkedIn which is where he first sent a message advertising the loan services his company provides. He appears to be targeting new businesses and its possible that other identities may be used. He has now deleted his LinkedIn profile. He did also mention that he worked with a partner and mention the name Phillip.
