John Williams aka Paul Williams of Chutes Brah came to my office informing me that Chutes of Hawaii is no longer in business so he took over and changed his company name to Chutes Brah. He provided two proposals to have new trash chute doors ordered. One was ordered and he brought it on site. He tried to install the new one and the size was wrong (smaller than the original). I asked him if he ordered the other two trash chute doors. He said no. I asked him to reimburse me the amount for the two trash chute doors that he did not purchase yet. He came back to my property, took the first trash chute door and handed my Admin two checks. One for the two doors he did not ordered and the other one was for the first door he ordered. He said that he couldn't order the new door (1st) so he is giving the money back. The amount for the 1st check was misspelled. I called him to inform him and he said that he will mail me a corrected check. I received the check and sent it to my accounts receivable to deposit the checks. I received an email from my accounts receivable and they said that the checks did not clear and it was both returned back to us. I called Paul with no answer so I left a message. I also emailed him and no response. This person is a fake and he will rip you off. Stay clear of him.
