SCAM - No such return address for refund

I am having MAJOR issues with trying to return an item for refund. I was given an address for return that is invalid according to any delivery service I am trying to use. I have communicated with the more than several times with nothing but B___S___ responses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

I too bought a shirt from this dodgy lot. I placed my order and the money went from my account before I could blink, a few days later I was informed that the item had been despatched and given a tracking number. After a few more days I received an updated shipping status to say that my parcel was now in the UK but that due to unforeseen circumstances it had been delayed "at the final mile". I was also given a Hermes (heaven help us now) UK tracking number which revealed that they hadn't received it but were "expecting it". The tracking information has remained stuck at this for 3 weeks now, no replies are ever received from Cotosen regarding my queries either. So, it's in the UK (sic) but nobody knows where nor can they say when it will arrive, this has Scam written all over it so not holding my breath.

Items paid for, yet not delivered.

I made a purchase of 5 shirts, which were immediately paid for on February 24, 2022. At the time of this writing February 3, 2022, their site (Cotosen.com) shows the order received and the items paid for. I've sent several inquiries to them about this and have not received a reply. They have my money (over 100.00) and so far have made no attempt to even send any shirts. I believe this site is a scam. If I can track them down via bank records (specifically, where my money went) which I am attempting I will file suit in our local small claims court. Who knows, I may get lucky and get my money back and then some, or I may waste another $100 and some time. As an attorney, it's worth the gamble to me.

Misrepresentation of Products

This site picture is a product appearing to be cotton blend which includes a description of fabric as cotton linen blend. This company, operating as Cotosen, also advertise 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours. I submitted request to cancel immediately after placing the order - which was acknowledged in less than 24 hours - but the order was not cancelled. Upon receipt of the product, the fabric contains no cotton or linen. When inquiring about a refund, the responses received is a request to send pictures of the product received, reason for return, with indication we will now enter into negotiations.

This place is a scam. They are the company for COTOSEN which they advertise as "Cotosen® is an international clothing e-commerce company that focuses on providing tops, pants, accessories, shoes, bags and other items for tactics and outdoor sports around the world." They are a China company and they are a SCAM. There are legal actions in progress about their fraud and scam company. Don't give them a penny for any of their merchandise.

Company is a scam

I purchased a shirt off of cotosen.com which is owned by Aober UK Limited. I paid $30 for the shirt and an extra $18 for express shipping. It's now been a month since I ordered the shirt and the tracking info simply says in transfer to next carrier. It has shown that now for 2 weeks. I've attempted to contact their customer service multiple times and haven't received a response. The site/company is nothing but a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a Chinese scam site it also goes under the webpage name of Blaroken a USA like clothing manufacturers with paid for 5 star reviews. This is a scam do not buy from them I lost 80 pounds for totally rubbish product. They do not give refunds. All the photos on the website are fake. The address in the UK is just a letter box for the company. Nobody is actually there. You can not send items back as no return address is given. Unfortunately your hard earned money is gone.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a men’s tactical shirt in a khaki color for my boyfriend in a size 3XL and received this item 2 months later. When contacting them they said they are sorry I’m unhappy with my purchase and they suggest keeping the item along with a $13 voucher to use on their site. I paid $49 and they have no intention of giving me my money back or even acknowledging the item is incorrect. I would never want to shop on their site again. What I received is nothing at all what I ordered.
