I attempted to park twice in Annapolis, MD on Main St. and garage forced to use a kiosk. You had to scan a barcode and download an app to pay for parking, very complicated and not secure. I decided to leave Annapolis and go somewhere else.

I was notified by my credit card company of a fraudulent charge of $52.00. I will never return to Annapolis again because of this ridiculous method of parking. Thank God for a good credit card company who notified me of the fraudulent charges.
