Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
Received a call from AP Imaging week ago pretending they are from Konica Minolta and stating price of Toner is going up and if it is okay and someone will contact for shipping address.
spoke with Christina Davis and Melissa
it raised few questions,
1. I manually place an order for toners that we need. it didn't make sense that someone calls for price change confirmation.
2. CAN NOT provide serial number of copier for Service ID. nor Contract info.
3. asking for shipping address? seriously? they should have all the info. on the file.
4. Caller ID is not visible. ghost company for sure.
5. after the research on this company, they are scamming multiple business with toners
